A kitchen can involve more than one permit track. Yukon publishes separate residential resources for building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits, plus re-inspection information. Break the proposed work into those categories before asking what the city requires.
Yukon's building permit application includes Residential Remodel as a project type. Note any wall, opening, cabinet-layout, or room-footprint changes so the city receives a specific description instead of a vague request.
A sink, range, lighting plan, or added receptacle can create trade questions that are different from the cabinet and finish scope. Yukon maintains separate residential plumbing and electrical permit resources.
If the design changes vents, returns, or other mechanical elements, include that when contacting Development Services. Yukon lists residential mechanical permits independently from the building permit information.
