We book projects we can finish properly. Below that line it isn't a remodel — it's a handyman call.
PDF contract before any work starts. One-third deposit covers materials and the first wave of labor. The rest is paid as it gets built.
If anything's off in the first 90 days, we're back at no charge. Kenneth won't leave a job until you're satisfied.
Most projects finish in a week to a month. Our internal goal: under-promise, over-deliver. The longest job we've ever run was five months — and that one earned a thank-you note.
